Care specialist conducted our semi-annual HVAC inspection and tune-up. Discovered water leakage from several severely clogged pipes, which were replaced. I was provided a step-by-step explanation of the problem and what was needed to remediate the problem. The work was done efficiently and all the debris from the clogged pipes cleaned up. Have contracted with Care for several years and their work has been A-plus. Technician Kyle (can't remember his last name) is a real pro.

Tate quickly diagnosed our problem. He took the time to review our service history and discovered the failed component had been replaced 3 times in the past 3 yrs. The latest replacement was just over a year ago so Tate decided to replace it as a warranty failure at no cost to us. He also decided to use a more robust (and I assume expensive) replacement component this time. Our system is back to running and we appreciate the way Tate and CARE take care of their customers. We plan to remain in the CARE Plan to maintain the serviceability of our system.
