OSU President’s Residence - I had cracks in my heat exchanger in my furnace. They checked with a CO2 monitor and found that there was some leaking into my home when the furnace was on. The part was under warranty, but the labor to replace it was $450. I had another company out who wanted $1,000 for the same job and wanted to push me into a new furnace. They were fabulous. Over 50% less expensive than another reputable company. They were right on time and clean and took the time to show and explain the problem. No charge for the diagnosis call. I am glad that I got a 2nd opinion from them!
