Do you have ceiling fans in your house?  Many of us here at CARE do, and we love them.  Not only do they make the room you’re in more comfortable, but the white noise they give off is helpful when you’re just trying to “zone out” and comforting when falling asleep at night.

But there’s one big thing ceiling fans don’t do – make a room cooler.  They only make you feel cooler by moving the air around in a room.  If you’re using ceiling fans to keep cool in your house, turn them off when you’re not in the room.  You’ll save a bunch of money on your electric bills.
