CARE Heating and Cooling offers home owners peace of mind and great value through our maintenance contract program. For one low price, CARE Heating and Cooling will provide a full year of preventative maintenance for the heating and cooling system in your home. Under the contract, one full heating inspection (including carbon monoxide testing) will be performed in the fall and one full cooling inspection will be completed in the spring. In addition to these detailed performance and safety inspections, customers with a maintenance contract also receive priority scheduling, discounted pricing on repairs and replacements, and never pay a diagnostic fee during normal business hours.
