| a. | We will provide labor to repair or replace any product or material which becomes defective within one-year of the date of installation. All parts warranties are by the manufacturer. |
| b. | Optional 2-5 year or 2-10 year parts and labor warranties are available. If selected, the terms of warranty are governed by the company issuing the extended warranty. |
