CARE Heating and Cooling is a family owned business that has been serving Central Ohio for over 25 years.  Every day, we put the safety and welfare of our clients and our employees above all else.  We want to inform homeowners and businesses that work with CARE that we take the effects of the coronavirus / COVID-19 very seriously.

CARE technicians and staff have been instructed to follow guidelines from the CDC and Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, which include frequently washing their hands, staying home if they are sick, and not congregating in groups.  We are minimizing any unnecessary contact with clients and between co-workers.  Our employees have been instructed to maintain a 6-foot distance between themselves and others as recommended by the Ohio Department of Health.  Before your service call begins, you will be asked several questions that will help to maintain the health and safety of both our clients and our technicians. Our goal is to keep you and your family comfortable in your home during these uncertain times.

CARE will continue to complete preventative maintenance, run service calls, and perform equipment installations.  Maintaining your heating and air conditioning equipment will help ensure your family remains comfortable in your home as the seasons change. We will be there when you need us.  We will continue to monitor this situation and do what is in the best interest of our clients and our employees.
