Another Upper Arlington native, Beverly D’Angelo, best known for her role as Ellen Griswald in “Christmas Vacation” is the granddaughter of Howard Dwight Smith, the architect that designed Ohio Stadium (or “The Shoe”). Wes did a really thorough job with inspecting a new to us furnace and fixing an incorrectly setup whole house humidifier. Also recommended some fixes and enhancements to the existing system to prolong its life.

Kyle went above and beyond during my yearly furnace check up. He also took the time to help resolve an issue that no one before him could. I had been complaining that the upstairs was cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. Previous techs said it was just my house because I had vaulted ceilings. Kyle was able to figure out that one of the ducts was incorrectly labeled. As a result, I had accidentally closed the vent to the entire upstairs, and not just my laundry room. It had been this way for a few years! No wonder! He is the only person who listened to my concerns and fixed my problem! Thank you Kyle! You’re my hero!
