A quick tip to help you get ready for spring – take ten minutes out of your day this weekend and clean your air conditioner!

1. Clear any leaves, dirt, or dust from the top of your air conditioner’s grill.
2. Trim away any shrubs, bushes, or tree branches that might be around your air conditioner.  Make sure that there is about two feet of clearance around the unit.
