Technician Shawn came to inspect an AC freezing problem. Already had two reputed companies come and diagnose and give quotes. Care Heating did not charge anything when I called for a second opinion. Shawn spent more than two hours to nail the exact issue. Surprised, he spent that much time not knowing whether I would go with CARE for repairs or not (given it's a free call). I was impressed and gave the work order right away. Also, I signed up for their premium annual care plan so that I can have peace of mind, given the plan comes with so many warranties and benefits. Used to hear their commercials on radio, and I strongly believe they are standing up to their promises. CARE got me as a customer for life. Strongly recommend CARE for honesty and integrity.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Kyle was awesome getting the job done regarding our condensate pump that kept running. Thought it would be an easy fix by clearing the hose, but as things usually go, it wasn't that easy. After a new hose was run and a new condensate pump, everything is running smoothly!! Thank you, Kyle, for your hard work and thank you, CARE Heating and Cooling... best in town!!
