Shane Fields was the person that installed my new furnace and A/C in October 2024. His workmanship was simply amazing. Shane Fields is now doing the annual inspection and no longer the installer. Hence, I requested Shane Fields to be the one that performed the annual inspection. He spent more than two (2) hours to make sure my new furnace and A/C are still in good working condition. I am extremely happy with the work of Shane Fields as an installer and as an annual inspector.

Just last week, Care Heating and Cooling installed two new furnaces at our church. On Thursday, we had a major rain downpour and had water leaking down the side of the exhaust pipe. Called Care Heating & Cooling at 4:30 p.m., and they immediately scheduled a technician to come out at 8:00 a.m. Their tech, Carlos Mejia, first checked to see if any wetness leaked into the new furnace. Everything was dry and worked properly. All water had been contained in the plastic water pan that the furnace sits in, and the furnace wetness indicator registered the wetness in the pan. The indicator was reset and registered that everything was dry now. Carlos's next step was to go on the church roof and check the roof exhaust pipes. After examining the pipes, he felt it was best to reseal the bases of the two pipes. It was possible that when attaching the new pipe from the furnace to the old exhaust pipes that the old pipe might have shifted. I really appreciated him taking the time to thoroughly check everything out. Thank you Care Heating and Cooling for your immediate response, addressing our situation, and great service! This is why we selected your company to install all seven church furnaces over the last four years.
