Super happy with the knowledge and professionalism of everyone at CARE when my 20-year-old A/C started leaking. They gave me clear options on repair versus replace, the estimate for a new system was well explained, and the installers of my new system were extremely professional and kept me well informed throughout the installation process. All this took place over a 3-day period, so I did not have to wait long to get this problem solved. Additionally, the installers had to work around my new driveway being poured on the same day as the install, and they took great care to not interfere with that process. Well above and beyond, in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend CARE Heating and Cooling for HVAC needs. I first employed them in 2017 after moving to Westerville and have been happy with them ever since.

Exceptional and prompt customer service
Care installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home last winter. When the AC was utilized this spring, it produced a noise in part of the house due to vibration of the line between the inside and outside units. Care quickly diagnosed the issue. Sean was dispatched to redo everything between the inside and outside units. Sean was polite, knowledgeable, and spent several hours replacing the components and completely eliminated the vibration and associated noise. Exceptional and prompt customer service by a great team.

Fantastic job replacing my furnace and A/C
I reached out to CARE Heating and Cooling to have my furnace serviced, and Wes came out that week. As a new homeowner, Wes was very kind and informative as he showed me what my furnace was doing and educated me on what problems would need to be addressed. After discovering my furnace was 44 years old, I decided to move forward with replacing my furnace and A/C. CARE was able to schedule my appointment less than a week later. Shane and Charlie were my technicians, and they did a fantastic job of working in tandem to replace both my furnace and A/C in one day with minimal disruptions. After their work was done, they took care to tidy up the job site and showed me the changes they made. Most importantly, Shane also took the time to talk about regular maintenance and what I needed to do to keep my units in good condition. All three technicians that worked at my house called 30 minutes prior to arrival, and were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Zach S. is a fantastic employee
Replacement of 22-year-old Rheem furnace and A/C with a RUUD system with an optional humidifier. Had these problems:
1) Buzzing noise coming from blower with A/C on or stage 2 furnace.
2) Vibration coming from draft inducer motor.
3) Humidifier not coming on.
4) A/C lines between A/C and furnace coming out of brackets.
5) Two moisture sensors issuing error codes.
Had several techs between 9/2/21 and 12/15/21 before all the above issues could be resolved. Some of the techs would not acknowledge the buzzing noise or vibration and stated that my 8 MERV filter was too restrictive or the vibration was normal.
The water leak was easily fixed by one tech.
When Zach S. arrived, he immediately recognized the buzzing and vibration and knew they were not normal. The buzzing noise was a simple fix of an air leak in the bottom of the furnace he fixed with HVAC tape.
The vibration was fixed by replacing the inducer motor assembly. Zach looked at the old assembly and thought it was probably out of balance due to a manufacturing defect.
Zach S. ordered a new inducer motor and came back out to replace the moisture sensors without issue.
Zach S. is a fantastic employee and I will be sure to ask for him for any future repairs.

The sales guy, Kenny, was great—was not high pressure at all, and didn’t try to upsell (hate that).
