Our tech Andy Cheney came out and quickly and accurately diagnosed our issue. A bad capacitor. He told us the price, double checked his work, and our AC was fixed. He was a friendly, knowledgeable tech. The experience was a no pressure no haggle relief.
Technician was VERY informative. Great job.

Prior A/C service visits involved a thorough cleaning of the outside unit (with a hose)--this was not done this time. A comment was made about the low refrigerant level, which I appreciate. However, his comment about the need to purchase a new unit in a few years seemed to conflict with the agent we dealt with last year. Also, the thermostat was turned down to a low level to do the testing, but was never returned to normal.
