Mike – just want to say a big THANK YOU for personally calling me last night late (1/24) after I phoned in a request for service after discovering our furnace had stopped operating. Given the constraints of my wife’s schedule (needed to leave our house at 1:30 pm for an appointment today), you obviously shifted your schedule around to meet ours. Being grateful for your commitment to come to our home late morning, your serviceman was actually at our home at 9:00 am! The problem was quickly identified as a blown inductor assembly and the serviceman went back to the shop, picked up a new one, returned straight-away and had the repair done in no time at all. The repair was accomplished LONG before my wife had to leave the house for her appointment. CARE is the BEST!
Just did not want the excellent service to go unnoticed by you. Service is getting to be a rare commodity these days. It’s nice to see that CARE really cares!
