Mr Simms was extraordinary. As far as I’m concerned he went above and beyond what I expected an average service person would do for a simple annual maintenance check. Not only was he courteous but also respectful of our home (wearing booties even when I told him he didn’t have to). He checked out everything, inside and outside. Fortunately we got a clean bill of health. I’m confident if anything was wrong he would have let me know. Great service.

Kyle is very dependable and took care of all the issues we had. Kyle is most trustworthy when it comes to our equipment and the maintenance. The issue we had is no communication with Paula the receptionist at your business never gave or relayed the messages we called about earlier in the week before the schedule with Kyle. It is hard to get into your company on the phone as well. Paula never called back to let us know about the ionizer unit where we were not happy with it. It was not working correctly, and Kyle did not know about this issue prior to this visit. Paula failed at her responsibility to return the call and to notify Kyle prior to visit.

Don arrived after giving us a couple heads up as to when he would be at our home. Spent quite a bit of time doing our A/C tune-up. We've been with CARE for 10 years now (both for our HVAC equipment and the monthly service plan) and have nothing but good things to say about our experiences with them. Every tech we've ever had has been friendly and professional. The service plan is worth the monthly subscription fee because we get two check-ups included each year -- and we get the peace of mind from knowing that things are operating the way they should be.
