Corey was very nice, however, the Aprilaire 410 filter was not available on his truck. I had to order through Amazon or Card website and I’ll have to install. I feel I’ve been slighted on my service contract agreement! Also, this is a new type of filter for me and Corey did explain how to install, however, isn’t that part of the service call?? I don’t feel the service was excellent!
