After two large residential construction booms in the 1960s and 1980s, Hilliard’s farmland is a wide mix of residential and commercial developments. Persistence appears to have paid off. After we thought they had fixed the problem, we continued to have periods of no heat, so Dana had to come out on The Game day. She spent almost two hours on the phone with her manager troubleshooting and identified a faulty valve. Kyle was out on Monday to replace it with no charge. Finally, we appear to have our heat on consistently. Care never made us feel like we were the problem. They continued to respond promptly and professionally until the issue was identified and fixed.
