The person who was sent to my home had to use the restroom after a long car ride. I didn't mind this as I offered if he needed anything, i.e. water, restroom, etc. When using the restroom, I heard the toilet and flush with only a millisecond before the bathroom door opened. Nope, he didn't wash his hands. Gross. I just wanted him to get out after that. I walked behind him, wiping off any surfaces that he touched. He moved quickly and rushed out of the house although I shared that I had more questions about the root cause of the issue. My daughter came in the use the restroom to find that the toilet wasn't flushed and was full of toilet paper. We tried to flush it to which it overflowed on the floor. I immediately called and submitted a complaint. I was told that I would receive a call back to which I have not. I am beyond frustrated and disgusted by the initial issue and the lack of resonse.

Our first tune up service since the install of a new hvac system last December. I was impressed that CARE contacted me to arrange the service, and the tech, Cory, called to inform us he was on his way to our residence. Upon arrival, Cory went about his work and completed the tuneup with information about his findings. Everything was fine, as would be expected with such a new unit, but knowing the furnace is in proper working order going in to winter is good for peace of mind.
