Mike was terrific. He explained specifically what he found (that our furnace was on it's last legs) which corresponded to what the inspector reported when we bought the house a year ago September) and also what the CARE techs reported last fall when they did the fall inspection/tune up. So it was not a surprise. He contacted the home office to arrange for a sales rep to call on us, while we were present. He was personable, professional ad answered all our questions. I would welcome him back in our home again.
