It was first settled in 1801 and referred to as Middlebury until Judge Thomas Powell established the first post office in 1857. Today's service call was excellent as usual. We needed a new AC fan motor on our compressor. The work was diagnosed correctly yesterday and the new motor was installed this morning. Andrew was great to work with and the install was completed quickly and effectively.

He called me about half an hour before he arrived, as expected. He got her on time, carefully slipped on his shoe protectors, checked our thermostat & furnace, then checked and ran diagnostics on our AC. He advised that we are still using the kind of coolant that cannot be replaced, but for now it is working great.
